We collect account information such as your name and email, verified building membership, profile information you choose to share, posts and listings you create, messages, meetup activity, orders and handoffs, support and safety reports, parcel notifications, and device information needed for notifications and app security.
We use this information to verify access, operate your private building community, help neighbours communicate and transact, deliver building services and notifications, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve Block.
Block does not sell personal information. We use service providers only as needed to operate Block. We do not use cross-app advertising tracking in Block 1.0.
You can edit profile details, block residents, report content, and request account deletion. Profile photos and optional profile details are voluntary.
